This KB Performance forged piston kit is designed for 1984 to 1999 1340cc Evolution Big Twin engines. These +.030" oversize pistons are forged from 4032 alloy, which contains 11% silicon for superior molecular strength and resistance to the stresses of pre-ignition. Sold as a set, they feature a domed head that provides a 9.5:1 compression ratio when used with stock 80cc heads. The kit comes complete with wrist pins, retaining rings, and rings. Due to the forging process, these pistons require approximately .001" more wall clearance than hypereutectic cast pistons.
