About This Product
KB Performance forged piston kit for 1941 to 1978 1200cc Knucklehead, Panhead and Shovelhead. Size is standard. Domed head gives 8.5:1 compression with 112cc heads. Material is 4032 alloy with 11% silicon. Sold as a set with wrist pins, retaining rings and piston rings. Forged aluminium needs about .001 inch more piston-to-wall clearance than cast. These have offset wrist pins. Check front and rear orientation during installation.
