JIMS Green-coded pinion gear. It is an average size. It fits 1954 to early 1977 Big Twin models and replaces OEM 24010-54. The gear is machined from the highest quality American aerospace tool steel. The colour code sets lash between the pinion and cam gears. A loose fit clicks. People often mistake that noise for lifter issues. A tight fit whines and causes premature wear. Get the mesh right and the motor stays quiet.
