This Paughco upper shell is the perfect starting point for fabricating a 2.9-gallon Sportster King-style tank. Measuring approximately 16 inches long, 11 inches wide, and 8 inches deep, this plain steel one-piece upper shell gives you the iconic silhouette you're after while allowing for custom tunnel and mounting configurations. It’s the same shell used in Paughco’s own manufacturing line, ensuring a high standard of quality for your custom build. This is sold as the upper shell only, so you'll need to source the tunnel, gas cap bung, and petcock mounts to complete the project. We strongly advise pressure testing and sealing the completed tank before applying any paint or finish.
