This 240mm wide BK Wrap-It rear fender is an excellent choice for builders working with 14-inch to 18-inch rear wheels. Made from 2.0mm thick steel, it is precision robotic plasma cut for a consistent shape. BK applies a special heat treatment after welding to remove internal stresses, which is a critical step in preventing the fender from cracking due to road vibrations. With a 39cm radius, it is designed to allow for 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel. The fender is supplied in raw steel, meaning it will require some finish grinding and surface preparation before painting. This universal component offers a high-quality, stress-free solution for your custom rear-end project.
