The medium-length BK Stiletto rear fender offers a slightly longer profile for custom Softail builds running 14-inch to 18-inch wheels. This 257mm wide version is crafted from 2.0mm thick steel and is precision-cut using robotic plasma technology. BK’s specialized heat treatment process is applied after welding to relieve internal stress, which is essential for preventing the metal from cracking under the constant vibration of a V-twin. The fender features a 39cm radius and provides clearance for 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel. Supplied in raw steel, it will require finish grinding and paint prep. This universal Softail fender is a durable and stylish choice for a wide-tire custom rear end.
