The BK Imagin rear fender in a 240mm width is a substantial piece of steel designed for wide-tire universal custom applications. Built to fit 14-inch to 18-inch wheels, this fender is robotic plasma cut from 2.0mm thick raw steel for maximum durability. To prevent the metal from fatiguing or cracking due to road vibrations, BK uses a post-weld heat treatment process that stabilizes the material. The 39cm radius allows for 5cm to 8cm of suspension travel, making it a practical choice for a no worries build. As a raw steel part, it is perfect for custom welding and fabrication, though builders should be prepared to perform some finish grinding before applying paint or powder coat.
