These Zodiac anti-vibration grommets are engineered to protect fuel tank mounting flanges from the stresses of engine vibration. Each rubber mount features a 3/8-inch long steel insert designed to accommodate M8 or 5/8-inch UNC screws. These components fit into 14mm holes in mounting tabs up to 1/8-inch thick, providing a cushioned interface that prevents metal-to-metal contact and subsequent cracking. Ideal for custom gas tank installations or replacing worn factory hardware, these grommets help extend the life of sheet metal components.
